This afternoon, I bought a nice new bike-jacket at Motorservice Ossendrecht. 100% waterproof !
With all the rain that is falling now, I will test is very soon.

Today I went to the Ratbike day at the Rock & Blues Café "Die Twee" in Bergen op
Zoom to write an article for
Regioactueel.nl
My wife went there too on her Honda CB400T and my youngest son came by on his
skeelers. It was perfect sunny weather and I enjoyed the bikes and the music.

This morning I got the BMW back. New tires and a full service so it is in top condition now.
After a ride over the dykes in Zeeland, I went to my parents. I used the freeway on my way
to their home and I crossed the river Maas over the Van Brienenoord Bridge. On my way
back home, I also used some other, more rural roads.
A nice ride.
The pictures "on the road" were made with a Fuji compact camera mounted on my
handlebars with a RAM-mount so I can take pictures and movies while riding.

After bringing the BMW to Motorservice Ossendrecht for maintenance, I took the CB400T
for a ride. First I went to Baarle-Nassau and had a nice cappuccino and a piece of
apple pie. Then I went to Etten-Leur to visit my son who works at Life & Garden.

At Life & Garden I had coffee with my son and from Etten-Leur I went to Bergen op Zoom
and then home.
Before I left I had filled the tank and on my way home I filled it again. 179,3 km on 7,87 liter
so that makes 22.8 km on a liter. Not bad at all..

Today one of our granddaughters stayed at our house and in the afternoon she was
playing in the backyard with some dolls.
Little children just drop what they don't need anymore......
It is difficult to get a good picture of a playing child but I think this one is not to bad
with the one doll falling.....
